Please tell me how to charge the Hog 20 batteries

There seems to be conflicting information coming with the Hog 20 on charging the battery. One brochure says to run the batteries until they're weak before recharging, on the batteries it says (or seems to say) recharge after each use. Which is correct for best battery life?
